Job summary

MMA Competent Manpower and General Services, Inc. in Mariveles, Bataan, is seeking personnel to handle order/pick tasks for automation and system setup for truck loading at TTLR.

You will create loading tickets using VAS numbers and work orders, and prepare loading summaries for reconciliation with Operators and the Dispatcher. The role requires flexibility for rotating schedules, weekends and on-call shifts, and a willingness to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders/tickets for automation and set-up in the system for trucks to load at TTLR
• Create Loading Ticket based on VAS Number and Work Order
• Accomplish Truck Loading Summary Report and reconcile with Operators and Dispatcher
• Assist the Dispatcher in Documents issuance
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required
• Willing to work in rotating schedule including weekends, holidays and on-call basis
• Willing to work long hours if necessary
• Must possess good communication skills by voice, visual and hand signals
• Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and lively personality
• Candidate must be out-going and HIGHLY DRIVEN
