Job summary

MMA Competent Manpower and General Services, Inc. in Mariveles, Bataan, is seeking a loading operations assistant to ensure proper loading and safety. You will coordinate directly with loaders, monitor the process via cameras and radio, and record all meter readings and top ups during loading.

The candidate must be physically fit, willing to work rotating shifts including weekends, and possess strong communication skills. Training is mandatory and you should be highly driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with loader to ensure correct product and quantity.
• Start pumps after proper communication.
• Monitor loading from start to finish via cameras and radio.
• Record opening and closing meter readings during loading.
• Record top ups after Shift Supervisor approval.
• Report deviations to Shift Supervisor during loading.
• Report safety findings/violations to Shift Supervisor.

Job description

• - Physically fit
• - High school diploma or college level
• - 1-3 years working relevant experience in an oil industry would be an advantage
• - Training (Highly required)
• - Ensures that the product and quantity are correct set in the accuload by directly coordinating with the loader at the loading platform and by looking at the hand signals shown in the cameras
• - Ensures that the pumps are started by clicking the “start” button in the accuload when proper communication has been done
• - Monitors the complete process of loading from start to finish by looking at the cameras and communication through radio. Should not leave the station when loading is in progress
• - Records all opening and closing meter readings during loading
• - Records all “top ups” to trucks once approval has been given by Shift Supervisor on Duty
• - Reports to Shift Supervisor on Duty when meters are dispensing beyond the tolerable limits set by Operations
• - Communicates to the Shift Supervisor on Duty any deviations from the loading process
• - Reports to Shift Supervisor on Duty any safety findings/ violations incurred by drivers or loaders

Job Requirements:

• - Willing to work in a rotating schedule including weekends, holidays and must be available to work on an on call basis
• - Willing to work long hours if necessary
• - Must possess good communication skills by voice, visual and hand signals
• - Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and lively personality
• - Candidate must be out-going and HIGHLY DRIVEN
