Job summary

OILINK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Mariveles, Bataan. The role involves monitoring loading status for fuels and related products, conducting driver alcohol tests, and coordinating driver availability to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities include preparing delivery documents, tracking hours, and updating GPS and Salesforce statuses throughout shipments. Physical fitness and basic computer skills are required; oil-industry experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
High school diploma or college-level education.
1–3 years oil industry experience preferred; training may be required.

Responsibilities

Monitor, coordinate and update loading status for fuels, base oil and asphalt.
Perform alcohol testing for delivery drivers before assignments.
Track drivers' working hours and coordinate availability with the Logistics Assistant.
Check and file delivery documents; report discrepancies or losses.
Prepare delivery documents (COQ, permits, tax forms, etc.).
Coordinate planned deliveries and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
Monitor truck delivery via GPS during shifts; update Salesforce truck status.
