Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Plantation Manager to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of all plantation activities in the Philippines.

You will optimize land development, nursery operations, planting, maintenance, and harvesting to maximize yield and profitability while meeting safety and sustainability standards. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in large-scale oil palm plantation operations, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of agronomy, labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing large-scale plantation operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oil palm agronomy and field operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development, nursery operations, planting, maintenance, and harvesting.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities including fertilization, pruning, pest and disease control.
• Monitor crop performance, yield levels, and field productivity to meet targets.
• Supervise field staff, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance and safety.
• Prepare and manage operational plans, budgets, and input utilization for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards (RSPO).
• Prepare regular operational reports on production, field conditions, and labor.
