Qualifications

• Education in Agriculture or related field required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of plantation/farm experience preferred.
• Experience supervising field workers and managing hands-on operations.
• Location based in or willing to work in Lipa, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily planting and plantation maintenance.
• Manage nursery and greenhouse operations.
• Operate and monitor irrigation and fertigation systems.
• Handle fertilizer and soil amendment application.
• Execute pest, disease, and weed management strategies.
• Supervise farm workers and independent contractors.
• Coordinate farm equipment usage and materials management.
• Lead daily work planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
