Job summary

Kin Financial Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced offshore Credit Analyst with a strong background in Australian brokerages. The role focuses on assessing loan applications, managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and contributing to overall team efficiency.

You will contact clients for supporting documents, review submissions, rename files, track progress with brokers, assist with pricing and valuations, and prepare credit submissions for lenders.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to collect supporting documents (ID, payslips, tax returns, bank statements, etc.)
• Review documents to ensure the correct documents have been sent and request new documents if required
• Rename documents accurately according to the standard naming convention
• Track where the client's file is at and report to broker when requested
• Assess client financials and serviceability to support loan structuring and lender selection
• Assist broker with pricing with lenders
• Assist broker and team with bank valuations
• Prepare credit submissions and liaise with lenders on application progress
• Other administrative ad hoc requirements
