Job summary

You will plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials, monitor performance, coordinate with Prepress, QA, Planning, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams, lead defect resolution, and generate daily reports on efficiency and waste to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in offset printing operations.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems (GMP/ISO 9001).
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Offset Printing Department to ensure production schedules are met.
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials based on production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, productivity, and downtime; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure print quality meets approved specifications, color standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Prepress, QA, Planning, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Lead troubleshooting of printing defects such as color variation and misregistration.
• Prepare daily production, efficiency, downtime, and waste reports; train operators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO quality systems and health and safety regulations.
