Job Responsibilities:

• Loan Application Processing
• Receive, review, and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify applicant information, including personal data, employment, income, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all required documents are submitted in compliance with company policies.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

• Ensure all loan processing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or suspected fraud to management immediately.

Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of processed, approved, and declined loan applications.
• Prepare and submit required reports to management or relevant departments.
• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of loan documents for audits and reviews.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks related to loan processing as assigned by the Branch Head or Management.
• Support branch operations during peak periods or as needed.
• Participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on policies and procedures.
