Discovery Capital Finance Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Support to provide administrative and operational backing for branch objectives.
You will review loan documents, encode records in MIS/CRM, process applications, and coordinate with Compliance, Credit, and Head Office to ensure timely disbursement and documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Operations OIC in achieving the branch's business and service objectives.
Receive, review, and ensure the completeness of loan application documents prior to processing.
Encode and maintain accurate loan application records in the Company's MIS, CRM, and other internal systems.
Process loan applications and assist in the timely release of approved loans.
Prepare, scan, file, and transmit loan documents, including Promissory Notes (PNs), Post-Dated Checks (PDCs), Brown Envelopes, Green Folders, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Compliance, Credit, Accounting, and other Head Office departments to facilitate timely loan processing, disbursement, and document submission.
Monitor pending loan applications, follow up on outstanding documentary requirements, and provide timely updates to clients and the Sales OIC.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Serve as the primary custodian of the branch's day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with Company policies.
Manage the branch petty cash fund, including disbursement, replenishment, liquidation, and proper documentation.
Process and monitor the timely payment of branch obligations, including office rental, electricity, water, internet, telephone, and other operational expenses.
Monitor the renewal of business permits, government registrations, and other regulatory requirements, coordinating with the Sales OIC and Head Office to ensure timely compliance.
Manage branch office supplies, client refreshments, equipment, and other administrative assets, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
Coordinate courier services, bank transactions, document deliveries, and other branch logistical requirements.
Maintain the branch filing system, visitor logbook, duplicate keys, and company-issued assets, including the branch motorcycle.
Ensure that all branch records and confidential documents are properly maintained, secured, and readily accessible when needed.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as may be assigned by the Sales OIC or Management.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned within your scope of practice and other duties as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales administration, branch administration, customer service, or office administration, preferably in the financing, banking, or financial services industry.
Experience in handling loan documentation, encoding, or financial records is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
