Job summary

Metroshoppers Ventures Inc. in Makati is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to promote and sell school supplies, office furniture, and related products to walk-in, online, and institutional clients.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person; prepare quotations and invoices; coordinate with logistics; maintain client records; and support displays and marketing activities while building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell school supplies, office furniture, and other related products to walk-in, online, and institutional clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
• Verify and validate stores, companies, or clients to ensure transactions are legitimate.
• Conduct actual visits to client stores or offices when needed to confirm business credibility.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain updated client records and sales reports.
• Assist in product display, price updates, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
