Job summary

A construction firm in Makati is seeking an Office Engineer to support the quantity surveying department. You will be responsible for preparing take-offs, reviewing subcontractor quotations, and conducting site inspections. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and be PRC Licensed. Strong mathematics and analytical skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to support various QS works on-site.

Qualifications

Job description

The Office Engineer supports the QS department to ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate preparation of take-offs, BOQ's and estimates.

• Quantity measurement and take-offs
• Prepare tender packages for RFQ
• Source subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Source new subcontractors and suppliers
• Quotation reviews and comparisons
• Site inspections
• Prepare purchase orders
• Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc.)

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent
