Office Civil Engineer (QA/QC/Quantity Surveying)

We are looking for a Licensed Office Civil Engineer with a strong background in Quantity Surveying/QA/QC to join our growing Construction and Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimates, project documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying / Cost Control

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
• Review construction plans and specifications for cost accuracy
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost reporting
• Evaluate contractor, supplier, and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare variation orders, progress billings, and cost summaries

QA/QC Functions

• Review materials submittals, method statements, and inspection reports
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of QA/QC documents and checklists
• Coordinate with site engineers regarding inspections, testing, and corrective actions
• Support project audits and quality‑related reporting

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed)
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and cost control
