Zusammenfassung

ConnectOS is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Marketplace team with daily tasks, assist with customer queries, and coordinate refunds and product listings. The role involves onboarding new products, maintaining the seller database, and ensuring data accuracy across listings.

You will work closely with internal teams and sellers, following established processes and providing general administrative support as needed. Office-based role in the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in an Operations Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using CRM and ticketing tools or similar.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• A team player who can also work independently.

• Supporting the Marketplace team with daily operational tasks.
