Job summary

Coherent Corp. is hiring a Packaging Technician in the Philippines (Cavite). The role operates packaging machines, inspects products, and maintains clean, safe work areas in a 100% onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or 2 years in college, with attention to detail, GMP awareness, and ability to work shifts including overtime, weekends, or holidays. Collaborative team player required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least 2 years in college.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Basic ability to read production instructions and complete workplace records.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
