Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking a packaging operator for our onsite production team. You will operate packaging machines, inspect outputs for quality, and follow GMP and health & safety requirements to ensure compliant, efficient packing processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least 2 years in college.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Basic ability to read production instructions and complete workplace records
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
