Job summary
Grundfos Philippines seeks an Industry OEM Customer Service Senior Representative to deliver world-class support across digital, phone, email and live chat for key OEM customers. You will leverage deep product knowledge and commercial acumen to drive customer success.
You will support order-to-delivery processes in SAP/CRM, draft offers and quotations, and resolve order complexities with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Customer Services or Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in customer services.
- Strong English communication and proficiency with MS Office, SAP, CRM and pricing tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced commercial and technical advice on customer enquiries across channels, handling RFIs and RFQs.
- Create professional offers and quotations using product knowledge and pricing guidelines.
- Enter, verify, and release orders in SAP, resolving price configurations and lead-time changes.
- Support day-to-day and escalated Order-to-Delivery inquiries using SAP, CRM and related systems.
- Identify opportunities for digital tools adoption and contribute to sales strategy meetings.
