Job summary

Ironbrij is seeking a detail-oriented Odoo Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily business operations using the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain Odoo modules, assist with data management, generate reports, and support internal teams with system-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with ERP systems, especially Odoo, while supporting remote teams and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP as a Virtual Assistant, Administrator, or Support Specialist.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or Project Management.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and workflow automation within Odoo.
• Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations within the Odoo ERP system.
• Assist with data entry, updates, and management across Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Projects.
• Create and manage customers, vendors, products, and service records in the system.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Odoo tools.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking transactions within the platform.
• Provide technical and user support for team members using Odoo.
• Help configure workflows, automations, and basic system settings when required.
• Maintain data accuracy, system organization, and documentation.
• Assist with integration of Odoo with other tools such as email platforms, CRMs, or project management systems.
• Identify system issues and coordinate with developers or IT teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
• Document processes, user guides, and system procedures related to Odoo usage.
