Job summary

Sustainable Prosperity Corporation (SPC) is seeking an Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support. You will bridge clients with SPC's technical team, translating business processes into ERP solutions while ensuring on-time delivery within scope and high customer satisfaction.

Lead sessions, define milestones, manage risks, and coordinate UAT and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ERP implementation or digital transformation experience.
• Experience with one or more ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, ERPNext, Sage).
• Able to gather requirements and translate business processes into ERP configurations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through Go-Live and post-implementation support.
• Develop implementation schedules and project milestones.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Gather client requirements through workshops and document FRDs.
• Map business processes to Odoo modules and design solutions.
• Coordinate UAT sessions and client demonstrations.
• Prepare and maintain functional specs, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Coordinate end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI integration.

Role Purpose

The Odoo Project Manager is responsible for leading ERP implementation projects from project kickoff through successful client go-live and post-implementation support.

This position serves as the bridge between clients and SPC's technical implementation team by translating business processes into ERP solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager will coordinate closely with SPC's:

• Turnover & Training Officer
• Client Success Manager
• Managed Services Team

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead ERP implementation projects from project initiation through Go-Live.
• Develop implementation schedules and project milestones.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope.

Business Process Analysis

• Gather client requirements through discovery workshops.
• Analyze existing business workflows and recommend ERP best practices.
• Map business processes into Odoo modules.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Process Flow diagrams.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary project contact throughout implementation.
• Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, UAT, and project updates.
• Manage client expectations professionally.
• Facilitate issue resolution between clients and internal teams.

Solution Design

• Work with technical consultants to implement modules including:
• CRM
• Purchase
• Accounting
• Manufacturing
• Projects
• Helpdesk
• HR
• Field Service Recommend suitable ERP workflows based on client operations.

Implementation Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Technical Consultants
• Data Migration Team
• Turnover & Training Officer Monitor implementation progress and quality.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Coordinate UAT sessions.
• Validate project completion before Go-Live.

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain:
• Functional Specifications
• Meeting Minutes
• Change Requests
• User Manuals
• Training Materials

Client Training

• Coordinate end-user training with SPC's Turnover & Training Officer.
• Best practices

Identify opportunities for:

• Automation
• Workflow optimization
• AI integration
• Additional Odoo modules
• Managed IT service opportunities

Qualification

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of ERP implementation or digital transformation experience.

Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
