Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; strong portfolio or open-source contributions may substitute for formal education.
• 1–3 years of professional Python development with hands-on Odoo experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, or business applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules based on FRDs.
• Write clean, modular Python code following Odoo guidelines; keep customizations upgrade-safe.
• Modify views, forms, menus, and workflows using XML and the Odoo ORM.
• Develop automated actions, scheduled jobs, and server actions; build QWeb reports.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party apps via REST/XML-RPC; support payments and logistics integrations.
• Prepare import templates, migration scripts, and validate data before go-live.
