The Senior Project Manager will lead complex ERP implementation projects across platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. With at least 7 years of project management experience and a recognized certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent), the successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, drive PMO initiatives, and mentor junior project managers to build organizational project management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Project Leadership
- Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- PMO Leadership & Governance
- Drive PMO initiatives to strengthen project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish and monitor project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on portfolio performance.
- Mentorship & Team Development
- Coach and mentor junior project managers, fostering professional growth and capability development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and best practice workshops.
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in ERP implementations (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar).
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in PMO governance and mentoring junior project managers preferred.
