Job summary

ING is seeking an ODCR Business Partner in the Philippines to support the design, execution, monitoring, and optimization of non-financial risk and compliance requirements. You will work within the Banking Support Functions Team of ODCR focusing on Data Management, EUC, and BCBS239 controls, reporting to the Manila Business Partner Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Risk Management, Audit or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and solve complex problems.
• Experience in Banking Industry risk management, control, or audit environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the Control Standard Owner and Risk/Policy Owners in embedding risk requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder identification and ensure PLM deliverables include compliance and non-financial risk requirements.
• Create and monitor ODCR/NFR/Compliance calendar activities for assigned control standards.
• Lead and monitor execution of ODCR/NFR/Compliance calendar activities following 1LoD processes.
• Support managers who act as Control Standard or Local Control Owners in development, implementation, execution, monitoring, and review of controls.
• Ensure formats and reference processes are followed for Control Standard creation and review.
• Validate that new Key Controls do not overlap with existing ICDs or local controls.
• Encourage process optimization through Key Control automation.
• Provide status reporting on implementation, execution, monitoring, and effectiveness of controls.
• Attend and contribute to ODCR communication forums and governance calls.
