Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking a Business Partner to join the Control Hub team. You will advise entities on 1st line business control and non-financial risk management across regions, reporting to the Manila Expertise Lead.

You will coordinate with Control Owners, assess risks, track issues, and ensure effective control execution. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Risk/Control environments.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in medium to high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Advises entities on 1st line Business Control and Non-Financial Risk management.
• Flags risks and supports risk mitigation measures with management/stakeholders.
• Serves as expert point of contact for stakeholders.
• Communicates risk concepts clearly to local management and others.
• Coordinates with Control Owners to ensure effective control implementation.
• Plans regional/local implementation aligning with Head Office requirements.
• Monitors progress and reports blockers to management and Risk/Control functions.
• Supports risk assessments and follow-ups as per RIA procedures.
