Job summary

MRB Corp. in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to drive organizational development, structure, and HR systems.

The role focuses on OD and organizational effectiveness while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR operations. You will lead KPI development, performance management, and leadership development programs, while building a strong internal talent pipeline and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, organizational development, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to OD, performance management, HR business partnering, or generalist functions.
• Strong experience in organizational structure, KPI development, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience in job description development, competency frameworks, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organizational Development & Structure initiatives, standardize job descriptions, and maintain org charts.
• Develop KPI and performance management frameworks; align KPIs with company objectives.
• Create development plans, leadership programs, and succession plans for key roles.
• Design employee engagement programs, stay interviews, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; support HR operations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy adherence; manage investigations and case handling.
• Establish HR policies, processes, and governance; ensure data accuracy and proper access controls.
