No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.

Get To Know Our Team:

Agoda Homes is a core business line within Agoda that supports a wide range of non-hotel accommodation types, including serviced apartments, homes, private villas, farm stays, chalets, boats, and more. While these properties have always been available on Agoda.com, today's evolving landscape demands a sharper focus on expanding supply and elevating quality. Our team builds long-term, cross-cultural partnerships that create exceptional value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers.

The Opportunity:

As Account Manager, Homes, you will grow and strengthen Agoda's non-hotel accommodation supply for the Oceania market, with a focus on Australia. You will own relationships with key channel managers and accommodation operators, ensure our customers get the best prices and availability, and help raise the quality of our Homes portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining partner relationship management with project management and hands‑on problem solving. You will work across markets and time zones, collaborate with regional and central teams, and have a direct hand in shaping how Agoda Homes grows in a high‑potential region.

What You'll Do:

You will manage and grow a portfolio of Homes partners in Oceania, using market insights and data analysis to uncover opportunities for mutual business growth. You will report to the Homes Regional Manager and work closely with colleagues across regional and central teams.

  • Manage relationships with key channel managers and supply partners in Oceania, ensuring competitive rates and availability for our customers

  • Use analytical and problem‑solving skills to drive supply health and resolve operational issues such as connectivity, onboarding, and messaging

  • Grow the business by partnering with channel managers to onboard and activate their operators, managing the process through to go‑live

  • Optimize existing supply by offering products that match market demand and improving business performance for partners

  • Build trusted relationships with decision makers, using a consultative approach to increase engagement with Agoda's programs

  • Prepare materials and business cases to support partner meetings and negotiations

  • Report weekly and monthly KPIs and key metrics internally to showcase successes and highlight opportunities

  • Support operators of all sizes, from professional property managers to small independent hosts, through setup and day‑to‑day needs

  • Help build a host community network through host events and relevant industry events

  • Consolidate host feedback to identify product gaps and feature requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e‑commerce, technology, or internet industries in B2B sales, account management, or similar partner‑facing roles

  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and grow relationships with key partners and acquire new hosts

  • Results‑oriented strategic thinker who is detail‑oriented, process‑minded, and open to innovation

  • Proven self‑starter with strong project management skills, able to drive outcomes through third parties and stakeholders you do not directly manage

  • Fast learner who adapts well to, and is energized by, change

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, with a collaborative, \"get‑it‑done\" attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and similar tools

  • Fluency in English, both written and oral

  • Eligible to work in the Philippines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in homes, short‑term rentals, or online travel, ideally working with channel managers or property management systems

  • Knowledge of the Oceania accommodation market, especially Australia
