Job summary

Nestlé SA in the Philippines seeks an Ocean Hub Data Quality Team Lead to establish a governed, data-driven service across markets. You will oversee data quality readiness, implement standards, and drive improvements across orders, bookings, and ocean freight processes.

You will lead a global, cross-functional team, coach staff, and ensure proactive monitoring through ServiceNow, Cargoo, SAP, and Snowflake with a focus on automation and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data quality, governance, or master data operations in a global environment.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional data programs with go-live accountability.
• Strong understanding of ocean logistics data and related processes.
• Experience with SAP, Cargoo, Snowflake, Power BI and ServiceNow.
• Ability to define KPIs, escalation models, and continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data quality readiness, validation, go-live gates, and steady-state operations.
• Govern master and transactional data quality across orders and ocean freight settlement.
• Drive automation, dashboard expansion, and reduction of data defects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across markets and technology partners.
• Establish data quality standards, procedures, and roles with clear accountability.
• Lead root cause investigations and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Data Quality team.
