Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Manila seeks an Ocean Hub Data Documentation Team Lead to drive standardized ocean‑freight documentation services across markets. You will oversee onboarding of new markets, ensure compliant and timely shipping documentation, and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain service quality.

The role requires extensive ocean freight experience, strong governance and leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver through others in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in ocean freight, export/import, or trade documentation operations.
• Knowledge of Bill of Lading drafting and document coordination.
• Experience leading cross-functional onboarding and hypercare activities.
• Strong SOPs, controls, and knowledge-management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of standardized ocean‑freight documentation services for markets supported by Nestlé Business Solutions.
• Oversee onboarding of new markets in line with the Ocean Hub roadmap, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipping documentation.
• Define and maintain standardized documentation rules, governance requirements, and market-specific exceptions.
