Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati City is seeking a licensed Company Nurse to join our on-site team in Metro Manila.

You will implement workplace health and wellness programs, assist with safety inspections, manage health records, and provide front-office support to HR and staff.

The ideal candidate has IV therapy experience, strong communication, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional, independent work.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License is required.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse or occupational health nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy Certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and activities.
• Assist in workplace health and safety inspections.
• Identify and report health and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with HR and the designated Safety Officer on employee health and safety matters.
• Assist in maintaining workplace sanitation and basic health and safety standards.
• Support compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
• Assist employees, visitors, applicants, and guests in a professional manner.
• Provide basic reception and front-office support.
• Handle routine phone calls, inquiries, deliveries, and visitor coordination.
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
• Maintain organized health and administrative records.
• Provide basic administrative support to HR as required.
