Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Nurse – Registered to join our team in Makati City. The role focuses on implementing wellness programs, supporting OH&S activities, and coordinating with HR to ensure employee health and safety.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse or in a related nursing role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy (IVT) Certification preferred.
• BOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
• Willing to perform nursing, administrative, and front-office duties.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Makati City.

• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and activities.
• Assist with workplace health and safety inspections.
• Identify and report health and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with HR and the designated Safety Officer regarding employee health and safety.
• Help maintain workplace sanitation and basic health and safety standards.
• Support compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Assist employees, visitors, applicants, and guests professionally.
• Provide reception and front-office support.
• Handle routine phone calls, inquiries, deliveries, and visitor coordination.
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
• Maintain organized health and administrative records.
• Provide administrative support to HR as needed.
