Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Nurse for an on-site role in Makati City. The successful candidate will provide employee health services, first aid, IV therapy, and support for workplace safety initiatives.

The role includes maintaining health records, managing medical supplies, and assisting HR with health-related administrative tasks. Standard hours are on-site with potential compressed hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience.
• IV Therapy Certification is preferred.
• BOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee health information.
• Willing to perform both nursing and related administrative/front-office duties.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees.
• Attend to employee health concerns and conduct basic health assessments.
• Perform IV Therapy procedures (IV insertion, monitoring, discontinuation).
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide initial assistance.
• Coordinate medical referrals when necessary.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and fit-to-work documents.
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
• Support employee health and wellness activities.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs.
• Assist in workplace health and safety inspections.
• Identify and report health and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with HR and Safety Officer on health matters.
• Maintain workplace sanitation and health and safety standards.
• Support compliance with applicable OH&S requirements.
• Provide front-office support and receptionist duties.
• Assist HR with documentation and filing.
