IMASEN PHILIPPINE MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee employee health programs, provide first aid, maintain health records, and support safety and HR teams in Biñan, Laguna.

The role requires a PRC-licensed nurse, OSH certification preferred, knowledge of DOLE standards, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license.
• OSH or OHNAP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
• First Aid and Basic Life Support certification (advantage).
• Experience in industrial/occupational health setting is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with Safety and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Clinic and employee health care program and management

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees during accidents, injuries, or illnesses.

• Maintain and update individual employee health records.

HR:

• Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance and life insurance

• Process employee application and updates for government mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, EC, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

• Provides assistance in the planning and preparation of company events and trainings.

Job Qualification:

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license

• Preferably with OSH for Nurses or OHNAP certification

• Knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards

• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (advantage)

• Experience in industrial or occupational health setting is an advantage
