Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Company Nurse to manage daily workplace health operations during night shift, supporting the evening Operations team, and overseeing employee wellness initiatives.

You will coordinate HMO administration, medical benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, maternity claims), ensure DOLE OSH compliance, and maintain patient records with privacy. Collaborate with HR to enforce safety protocols and provide injury prevention guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• Experience in occupational health nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth and maternity claims workflows.
• Willingness to work night shift full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and nursing care for work-related and general health concerns.

Overview:

Our team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Nurse to manage daily workplace health operations and support our night-shift workforce. In this role, you will lead employee wellness initiatives, oversee healthcare benefits, and maintain compliance with government occupational health and safety standards. This is a full-time, night-shift position dedicated to supporting our evening Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Care & Wellness Initiatives

• Deliver immediate first aid and primary nursing assistance for both work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
• Support medical screening protocols, including pre-employment assessments, routine annual checks, and fit-to-work evaluations.
• Design and execute company-wide wellness campaigns, health education sessions, and vaccination drives.

Benefits & Vendor Management

• Oversee HMO operations, including member onboarding, claim resolution, and utilization tracking.
• Partner with HR to facilitate statutory medical benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity leave claims).

Regulatory Compliance & Administration

• Securely manage employee medical documentation while adhering to strict privacy guidelines.
• Compile and submit mandatory DOLE occupational safety and health (OSH) reports on schedule.
• Audit and maintain clinic medical inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure constant operational readiness.

Interdepartmental Support

• Collaborate with HR to enforce safety protocols and drive employee support programs.
• Advise staff on injury prevention, preventive health practices, and workplace safety guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Prior experience in occupational health nursing, corporate health services, or an industrial setting preferred.
• Familiarity with local HMO administration along with SSS, PhilHealth, and statutory benefit workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of DOLE OSH guidelines and safety standards is highly preferred.
• Must be fully available to work on a night shift schedule full-time.
