Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Company Nurse to manage daily workplace health operations during night shift, supporting the evening Operations team, and overseeing employee wellness initiatives.

You will coordinate HMO administration, medical benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, maternity claims), ensure DOLE OSH compliance, and maintain patient records with privacy. Collaborate with HR to enforce safety protocols and provide injury prevention guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• Experience in occupational health nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth and maternity claims workflows.
• Willingness to work night shift full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and nursing care for work-related and general health concerns.
• Support medical screening programs including pre-employment checks and routine annuals.
• Design and execute wellness campaigns and vaccination drives.
• Oversee HMO operations and statutory medical benefits administration.
• Ensure DOLE OSH reports are submitted and medical inventory is maintained.
• Collaborate with HR to enforce safety protocols and provide injury prevention guidance.
