Job summary

Lean Solutions Group, a next-generation solutions provider, is seeking a Company Nurse for its Metro Manila operations. You will deliver basic medical care, health monitoring, and wellness support within a corporate and BPO environment, ensuring 24/7 clinic readiness and DOLE-compliant health practices.

The role collaborates with HR and Operations to manage health programs, benefits, and preventive care while supporting night-shift operations and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse.
• Willingness to work full-time on a dedicated night-shift schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care, first aid, and clinical assessments for employees.
• Assist in pre-employment, annual physical (APE), and return-to-work medical exams.
• Monitor health conditions and refer to hospital/clinic as needed.
• Provide on-site medical support during night shifts for Operations teams.
• Coordinate with HR on health programs, HMO enrollment, and wellness initiatives.
