Lean Solutions Group (LSG) in Makati seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Nurse to join our team. This full-time role supports our Operations team during nighttime hours and focuses on workplace health management, employee medical benefits administration, and statutory compliance reporting.

The successful candidate will lead health and wellness programs, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations.

Qualifications

• RN required.
• Experience as Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse in corporate/industrial setting.
• Experience handling HMO processes, SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity benefit claims.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of DOLE compliance requirements and occupational safety and health procedures is an advantage.
• Willing to work full-time and on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first aid for employees.
• Organize and implement workplace health and wellness programs such as health fairs and vaccination drives.
• Handle HMO enrollment, claims processing, and benefit utilization.
• Process employee benefits related to SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity leave in coordination with HR.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure DOLE occupational health reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to implement health-related policies and employee assistance programs.
