Job summary

E-Teleconnect is seeking an OASIS RN QA to review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of OASIS-E1 documentation and associated narratives completed by field clinicians. This non-bedside role focuses on documentation governance, clinical accuracy, and risk mitigation.

You will monitor active patient charts in Axxess, identify gaps, and provide clear QA feedback to ensure readiness for billing. Requires RN license and 1.5 years in QA/coding/OASIS with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Philippines RN license.
• 1-2 years bedside nursing experience.
• Minimum 1.5 years in QA/coding/OASIS (or equivalent).
• Experience with ICD-10 coding and clinical documentation QA/audit.
• EMR/EHR proficiency; Axxess experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS-E1 SOC and ROC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Validate and correct ICD-10 diagnosis coding based on referrals and records.
• Ensure visit documentation includes required clinical elements and accurate narratives.
• Provide QA feedback and return charts for correction as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Intake, Billing, and QA to ensure documentation readiness for billing.
