Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in good standing.

• Experience with OASIS, Medicare guidelines, and Home Health Regulations.
• Willing to be trained for a month.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments, visit notes, orders, and plans of care for accuracy.
• Identify documentation deficiencies and communicate corrections to clinicians.
