ReadyTeam is seeking a Home Health OASIS & Documentation Reviewer to work remotely from the Philippines. The reviewer will assess OASIS records, visit notes, physician orders, and care plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Core Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth experience
• At least 2 years of Home HealthQA experience preferred
• Knowledge of OASIS, Medicareguidelines, Plan of Care, Physician Orders, and Home Health Regulations
• Experience with ACHC, CHAP, orJoint Commission surveys
• Experience in auditingdocumentation and providing clinician feedback
• Willing to be trained for a month
