You will review and audit OASIS documentation, ensuring quality care standards. Ideal candidates should have a nursing degree, communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Qualifications

• With at least some hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, with or without QA experience.
• Willing to be trained.
• With QA experience is a plus.

• Fully Review/Audit of OASIS (SOC,ROC,RECERT).
• Review the relevant documentation on each chart, including referrals, history, and physical summaries.
• Updating goals and interventions, generating a PT plan of care.
• Message Clinicians regarding major errors for them to address
• Updating Trackers/Masterlist
