Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead, design, and deliver learning strategies for Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations across shared services and global teams. You will guide a team of trainers and instructional designers, shaping scalable programs that improve onboarding speeds and process efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in training leadership, 3–5 years in O2C, and a proven ability to manage international client relationships and cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct team leadership, coaching, and scaling training teams.
• 3–5 years of hands-on O2C operations experience.
• Proven track record in end-to-end instructional design for O2C workflows.
• Experience managing relationships with international clients and cross-border teams.
• Background in SSC/BPO/GCC or captive operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ trainers and instructional designers to drive delivery excellence.
• Design and deploy end-to-end O2C instructional content across Credit Management, Billing, AR, and more.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align training with business goals and SLAs.
• Partner with Shared Services/GCC operations to identify skill gaps and develop re-skilling initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure learning impact and post-training accuracy.
