Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in Mandaluyong, Philippines is seeking an experienced O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&M Integration Manager) to lead the technical integration of O&M-related deliverables across railway assets, systems, and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in railway, mechanical, electrical, or transportation engineering (Master’s preferred) and strong skills in operations management, safety systems, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in railway, mechanical, electrical or transportation engineering (or related discipline).
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Male or female.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary and cross-project coordination of O&M-related technical deliverables and activities.
• Prepare the MMSP Interoperation Plan, as supported by the relevant experts.
• Review and integrate multidisciplinary outputs/documentation to ensure quality, consistency, and applicability of O&M-related deliverables before submission.
• Identify technical gaps and interface issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
