Job summary

Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. is seeking an enthusiastic O&M Engineer for Manila, PH. This role spans administrative to strategic tasks, supporting O&M budgets, asset management, and project handovers.

You will ensure timely deliverables and coordinate with design, operations, and suppliers across international projects. Ideal candidates have a technical engineering degree, minimum 3 years railway systems experience, strong communication and leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated metro subsystems.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience with international projects and supplier collaboration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proposal of Budget O&M Engineering activities on projects and O&M operating costs.
• Ensure apportionment of O&M project requirements and asset management strategy.
• Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables per project schedule and budget.
• Prepare and issue guidelines for O&M manuals, training, spare parts and service documents.
• Prepare and deliver operational analyses, maintenance plans, manuals and procedures.
