Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in Mandaluyong, Philippines is seeking an experienced O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&M Integration Manager) to lead the technical integration of O&M-related deliverables across railway assets, systems, and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in railway, mechanical, electrical, or transportation engineering (Master’s preferred) and strong skills in operations management, safety systems, and procedures.

• Identify technical gaps and interface issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.

AbouttheRole

The O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&MIntegration Manager) shall lead the technical integration of O&M-related deliverables and activities.
The O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&MIntegration Manager) shall beresponsible for integratingmultidisciplinary outputs across train operation, station operation, E&M systems, rolling stock, depotoperation, building and facilities, and technology transfer, as well as across NSCR and MMSP whereapplicable, ensuring the quality,consistency, and applicability of O&M-related technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead Lead the multidisciplinary and cross-project coordination of O&M-related technical deliverables and activities;

Prepare the MMSP Interoperation Plan, as supported by the relevant experts;

Review and integrate multidisciplinary outputs/documentation to ensure the quality, consistency, and applicability of O&M-related technical deliverables before submission to the O&M Director;

Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, and interface issues affecting O&M requirements and coordinate their resolution with the relevant discipline-specific IOT member/s and/or GC team/s

Provide technical guidance to the Senior O&M Integration Engineer and other IOT members on multidisciplinary and cross-project O&M matters;

Advise and elevate significant technical integration issues to the O&M Director; and

Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Railway Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's Degree is preferred.
