Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, nursing education, professional development or program management.
• Project management training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple nursing professional development programs from initiation through implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional work among nursing education, operations, technology, analytics and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work plans and implementation schedules.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks to keep execution on time.
• Assist with program launches, change management and operational readiness.
• Keep project documentation current, organized and compliant with organizational standards.
• Track program KPIs, milestones and project health indicators. Monitor outcomes against goals and recommend improvements.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, clinical stakeholders and operational partners.
• Support executive presentations, governance meetings and leadership reporting.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency, workflow and project execution, and take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Make sure projects align with organizational priorities, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
