Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations at the Ayala site, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to standards. This onsite role requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge to manage nursing staff effectively.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain EMR and office systems, and support efficient clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Active and valid RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.

Clinic Nurse Supervisor

The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, overseeing nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This role provides leadership to the nursing team while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications (Non-negotiable):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
