Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations at the Ayala site, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to standards. This onsite role requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge to manage nursing staff effectively.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain EMR and office systems, and support efficient clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Active and valid RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily clinical operations of the clinic and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership to the nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
