Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations at our Manila site. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance within a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active RN license and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in clinical settings. Onsite work with shifting schedules is required.

The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, overseeing nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This role provides leadership to the nursing team while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications (Non-negotiable):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
