Work Setup: Onsite(Ayala Makati)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
• Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
• Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
• Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow‑through and support.
• Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4‑year course
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
• Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
• Confident decision‑maker with excellent communication and execution skills
• Agile, systems‑thinker who thrives in solving day‑to‑day operational challenges
• Computer‑proficient; able to multitask in fast‑paced settings
• Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people‑first leadership
• Amenable to rotational shifts (5‑day work week, varying rest days)
