Job summary

Top Access Infinity Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage employee health services in Taguig. The role focuses on clinical care, referrals, and coordinating annual and executive health programs for staff and executives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of nursing experience, with OSH/first aid certification being an advantage. Willingness to start ASAP and work on-site in BGC Taguig is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license or certification.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• OSH certification for nurses and first aid is an advantage.
• Knowledge of patient management, occupational health, and safety.
• Good communication, patient handling, and first aid.
• Ability to handle diverse people, emergencies, and sensitive information.
• ONAP certificate is preferred.
• Available to start ASAP and willing to work in BGC Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses of employees promptly and professionally.
• Guide and direct referrals to healthcare providers and services.
• Schedule pre-employment medical exams, annual physicals, and executive checkups.
• Assess health needs, implement health programs, and manage records and medical files.
• Check sickness/maternity notifications and endorse them to SSS for confirmation.
• Compute and finalize SSS sickness and maternity payments with accurate data.
• Process employees' HMO and insurance and assist with claims.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses of employees in an efficient and professional manner.

• Manage, guide and direct all referrals to healthcare providers and services.

• Schedule employees for Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Annual Physical Exam and the executives for their Annual Executive check-up.

• Assess healthcare needs, implement and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain records and employees' medical files.

• Check and validate sickness and maternity notifications and endorse them to SSS for confirmation.

• Compute and finalize SSS sickness and maternity payment and ensure correctness of the data.

• Process employees' HMO and Insurance and assist them on their claims and related concerns

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse

• Certification for OSH for Nurses and First Aid will be an advantage
