Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor in Manila, Philippines is seeking an NPI Project Manager to anchor local NPI programs for GaN/SiC devices. You will support the Director and Senior Manager with program tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional follow-up across engineering, supply chain, quality, and foundry teams.

Based in Manila, you will bridge regional teams in the US, India, and Asia, manage schedules, minutes, risk flags, and action-items, and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of PM/operations/supply chain experience; semiconductor/electronics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Copilot, Claude.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Director & Senior Manager in executing NPI tasks and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain program status updates and leadership reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional input and consolidate updates for senior review.
• Flag risks and blockers with data and escalation actions.
• Own workstreams and ensure timely delivery to defined quality standards.
• Track NPI programs from sampling through qualification to ramp.
• Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, and action-item logs.
• Drive item closure across Eng, Supply Chain, Quality, and Foundry/OSAT.
• Monitor gate deliverables and flag upcoming milestones to the team.
• Maintain documentation: meeting notes, decision logs, and change records.
