Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Development initiatives in a cross-functional environment. You will coordinate with Marketing, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure timely, cost-effective product launches.

The role requires strong project management experience, XP with NPI, and the ability to communicate with international customers. You will drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Program Manager or proven project management track record.
Experience leading NPI programs and advocating to customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PCBA design or manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of New Product Development.
Support RFQ proposals for multinational customers with Marketing and Design Engineering.
Plan and manage development schedules and resources to deliver on time and budget.
Manage projects via Stage Gate process and raise changes with recommendations.
Own KPI targets: schedule, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
